Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Sleaford is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultations and prescription services to patients in Sleaford and the surrounding area. We operate in full compliance with UK pharmacy law and General Pharmaceutical Council standards.

All prescription weight loss treatments are issued only following a clinical assessment by our qualified pharmacist prescriber. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
You must answer all consultation questions honestly and completely. Providing false or misleading information may result in harm to your health and the immediate cancellation of your service, without refund.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use within our pharmacy only, unless otherwise stated. We do not issue paper prescriptions for weight loss medications.
Full payment is required at the time of order. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major debit and credit cards and other approved payment methods displayed at checkout.
Payment is processed securely. We do not store full card details on our systems. In the event that your consultation results in a prescription not being issued, a full refund will be processed within 5–10 working days.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Orders are sent via tracked delivery to the address provided at checkout.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive your delivery.
Medications will be packaged discreetly and in line with safe storage and transport requirements.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been issued and your medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, in accordance with UK medicines regulations.
If your consultation results in treatment being declined by our pharmacist, you will receive a full refund of your consultation and medication fee. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.
Subscription or repeat order services may be cancelled at any time, provided cancellation is submitted before the next dispatch date.
The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Sleaford are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your GP or other healthcare provider. We strongly recommend that you inform your GP of any medication prescribed through our service.
Weight loss medications carry risks and side effects. You will be provided with a patient information leaflet with your medication. If you experience any adverse effects, stop taking the medication and seek medical advice immediately. In an emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E.
We handle your personal and medical data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
